Nazarbonju is a Boss in Granblue Fantasy Relink. The Nazarbonju are seen as ill omens found atop sacred mountains, their bodies are formed ninety percent of a large eye and have built enough frost and mana to freeze a wildfire with just one glare. Bosses are special types of enemies that have distinct characteristics, and unique abilities that extremely challenge the player in strategy and combat. These formidable hostile beings are generally required to be defeated to advance the main campaign, to complete primary side quest objectives, and to earn unique rewards.

Upon exploring Leautagne Island, players will eventually reach Nazarbonju's arena and will have to fight him. He has simple attacks such as Ice lasers, these lasers will be bright red and will follow you however can easily be dodged when the icicles start to shoot out in the directions the lasers point at. Nazarbonju also does a spin charge where he will spin and charge in front of him, players can dodge in the direction he charges to be able to attack him when he ends the charge. Occasionally, Nazarbonju will perform a sequence of tail swipes. One towards the left, one to the right, and then one going upwards. While he whips toward the sides, players can attack him from the back or side, he will turn around to whip upwards, and players can get around to his side and attack him from there.
During Overdrive Mode, Nazarbonju performs a Glacial Tomb where he will drop a large ice block in the center of the arena and smaller ice blocks around. Players can identify the AoE indicated by a red outline. Simply dodge out of the way and attack Nazarbonju. Right after this attack, he will perform a Freeze Ray where he will spin around the arena while blasting a freeze ray at players. However, with the ice blocks, players can easily avoid the freeze ray by hiding behind the ice blocks. Once he finishes the attack, he will fall and players can take this chance to attack him. Moments later, the ice blocks will collapse and players will need to dodge out of the indicated area that will be in the color red.
