Eugen is an Ally Character in Granblue Fantasy Relink. Eugen is one of the early allies that is automatically recruited in the game, unlike Rackam, Eugen shines best when he fights from a distance. Eugen can aim at specific weak points for higher damage. Allies or Companions in Granblue Fantasy Relink are recruitable characters that join The Captain's party in both exploration and combat.

They are all unique in many ways such as the element they control, weapon specialization, combat style, personality, and appearance. In Granblue Fantasy Relink, players can make a party of 4 where the leftmost slot is the one the player controls, but in the main story, The Captain must be in the party for the main story, otherwise, they can play as any character they like.

A veteran skyfarer whose combat prowess is rivaled only by his regret.

Eugen Combat Guide for Granblue Fantasy Relink

This old soldier fights foes while battling his own demons. Able to snipe weaknesses from afar, he's also adept at hand-to-hand combat. Eugen is a sniper who specializes in aiming for the weakness of his targets. Hold  to enter sniper vision. In this stance, Eugen won't be able to move, but he can manually aim and shoot. This is very helpful for destroying body parts. Eugen can also throw grenades to damage foes in the form of a blast zone. Hold  to aim, then throw. Grenades explode after a period of time or they can be detonated by an attack.

Eugen has mostly Earth skills. One of his skills is called Armor-Piercing Round, this allows Eugen to deal damage to a large area of enemies by calling down a barrage of shells while each shell has its individual smaller blast radius dealing even more damage. Detonator is another skill that Eugen has that allows him to swap to his sniper, simply charge and aim to activate this skill. Sumrak is similar to his Detonator where he swaps to his sniper but he fires a piercing beam that can deal constant damage but players will need to control the recoil, hold and aim down the keep the beam into the enemies. Lastly, Eugen has a skill called Intercept. Eugen will dodge backward while he shoots in front of him. This grants him Stout heart and boosts the Intercept's power upon dodging at the right timing.

The distance between Eugen and his target influences the firepower of his  gun attacks. Get too far, and his damage will take a hit. When Eugen takes aim in his sniper vision, he can target body parts of larger foes to potentially deal more damage. His grenades will also fly farther while looking through his scope. Grenades deal a lot of stun and make good tools for destroying enemy parts.
