Gold Key is a Key Item in Granblue Fantasy Relink. The Gold Key is used to open Gold Chests located in Folca and Seedhollow. Key Items are objects associated with story progression and unlocking treasure chests, they are primarily obtained by completing chapters of a Main Quest or as rewards for completing specific Side Quests and being promoted to a higher Skyfarer Rank.

Where to Find Gold Key in GBF Relink
- The Gold Key in GBF Relink can be obtained as a reward for completing the side quest: Out of Serpentine Spite
- The Out of Serpentine Spite side quest can be obtained from the Adventurer's Partner in Seedhollow.
Where to Use Gold Key in GBF Relink
The Gold Key is used to open locked Gold Chests located in Folca and Seedhollow. You can find 1 Gold Chest in Folca and 2 Gold Chests in Seedhollow.

Seedhollow Gold Chest 1
From the docks, go straight until you reach the first set of stairs that are covered with red carpet. The stairs that we are referring to are the ones leading to the central hub where you can find services such as the blacksmith, quest counter, and Siero's Knickknack Shack. As you head up the first set of stairs, immediately turn right and you'll see a human and draph man talking. The Gold Chest can be seen behind them. You'll need a Gold Key to unlock this chest.
Seedhollow Gold Chest 2
From the docks, go straight and up the stairs to enter the central hub. Immediately turn left, run past the quest counter, and you'll find a narrow path where you'll see a floral shop. Go right from the floral shop, up the short steps, and keep moving forward until you see a tall locked gate that's being guarded by a man. You'll see the gold chest on the right side, up the steps near some tables of a restaurant/shop. You'll need a Gold Key to unlock this chest.
Folca Gold Chest 1
From the blacksmith, take the path beside the Erune NPC quest-giver. Head to the pond, on the left-hand side where Lil Pince is. Continue forward until you pass by a large house. Jump on the the roof, then walk around it and you'll see a balcony where the Gold Chest can be found. You'll need a Gold Key to unlock this chest.
