Elpis the Mind Sealer is a Key Item in Granblue Fantasy Relink. The mind sealer is used on Lyria to suppress and manipulate her powers. Key Items are objects associated with story progression and unlocking treasure chests, they are primarily obtained by completing chapters of a Main Quest or as rewards for completing specific Side Quests and being promoted to a higher Skyfarer Rank.
A magical artifact used to suppress and manipulate. During the War, large models were employed on rogue primal beasts; smaller versions were later developed to subjugate skydwellers. Back then, the mind sealer earned the moniker Ring of Kingdom's Fall, for it backfired on the royals who sought to complete obedience.

- The Elpis Mind Sealer key item can be seen worn by Lyria after she has been abducted by Lilith. It is automatically added in the inventory as you progress the main campaign.
