Gamma Opus Sigil Usage
In contrast, Gamma Opus Sigils augment the overall damage ceiling within a build. They introduce an extra 15% generic damage cap at level 15, escalating to a notable increase of +30% in Damage Cap at level 30. Additionally, upon activation of your Special Battle Art (SBA), these sigils provide a shield effect capable of nullifying up to 50000 damage. This supplementary shield proves particularly beneficial for glass cannon builds or seasoned players, offering a safeguard against potential combat errors.
It's crucial to acknowledge that individuals can't simply equip this sigil without careful deliberation. Several factors come into play that players must consider before integrating them into their loadout. Depending on their primary characters, using this Sigil might not be practical. Each character demonstrates a distinct damage distribution, with some heavily reliant on skill usage while others lean towards normal attacks. As a result, players need to identify where their characters primarily generate damage. However, this assessment can be challenging, often requiring the use of third-party programs to monitor damage accurately. Alternatively, players may conduct numerous tests and meticulously analyze the outcomes, though this can prove daunting for many. Notably, third-party programs are only available to PC users, leaving PlayStation users dependent on PC users for damage monitoring assistance.
Yet, the primary concern doesn't solely revolve around damage monitoring. Each Opus Sigil is accompanied by its own Regular Damage Cap Trait as a secondary feature. Consequently, incorporating this Sigil requires the removal of existing Damage Cap Sigils. These Sigils frequently offer valuable defensive utility traits as secondary features, further complicating players' decision-making process.
