Slime is an Enemy in Granblue Fantasy Relink. The Slime enemy are creatures found hiding in various areas of the Zegagarde Skydom. From afar it may look like just a regular object, but its curiosity will easily reveal itself once you approach it close enough. Enemies in Granblue Fantasy Relink are a source of acquiring a variety of resources such as EXP and items such as Sigils, Treasure, and Materials. Enemies are primarily encountered in Main Quests or Side Quests. To view the basic information of an enemy in-game, open Lyria's Journal in the Options Menu and choose Foes under Field Notes.
These peculiar creatures sometimes appear in a jug that's been filled with water. They're not very dangerous but will multiply if left unattended.

Where to Find Slime in GBF Relink
The Slime enemy in GBF Relink can be encountered in the following Main Quests or Side Quests listed below. Upon completing the main campaign, the "Chapter Select" feature is unlocked, allowing a player to replay a chapter to find any missed collectibles, gather items from enemies, and acquire EXP. To replay a chapter, interact with the Quest Counter of a town and choose "Chapter Select" from the menu.

I take a wild guess and say, you can only hurt them with critical hits.
