High-Grade Scrap is a Weapon Material in Granblue Fantasy Relink. The High-Grade Scrap is an epic world treasure item that can be used as a quest item, for trading, or upgrading gear. Weapon Materials are used for Forging weapons, Upgrading gear, and Uncapping a level. These features are available via the Blacksmith which can be found in Folca or Seedhollow, and it can also be accessed by using a Hallowed Ground.
